At ChinChile, we pride ourselves on the quality of our gourmet food products; however, due to the perishable nature of our items, we offer a 14-day window for reporting issues to ensure food safety and customer satisfaction.
Return Process
- 1.Inspect Your Order
Upon arrival, please immediately examine your package for any signs of damage or incorrect items before opening the vacuum-sealed packaging.
- 2.Contact Support
Email our team at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
- 3.Receive Authorization
Our quality control team will review your claim and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) or approve a direct replacement for damaged perishables.
- 4.Refund Processing
Once your claim is validated, we will process a refund to your original payment method or ship a fresh replacement within 3-5 business days.
